Turtle Bay Beach Club and Watamu welcomes the Kayaking expedition from Kenya to Kosi Bay (K2K). The K-Team have the idea to go sea kayaking down the East African coast from Lamu, Kenya to Pemba, Mozambique which will take four months. The aim is to raise awareness and increase exposure for community projects along the coast, the two stops in Watamu are: Timboni Clinic and Sonneti academy. Soccer balls will be distributed to the children..giving them something which will last longer than our brief visit, says Richard Thomas.
